• Your measurements govern. The tape sheet from 7/24 matches the order's main-roof lengths to within half an inch — 17'-0" both slopes, 28'-0" width. That settles the pitch at 8/12 too.
• Your drip-edge drawing is THE drawing. The Ibex TRIM 09C Collins-style diagram you made 7/24 is embedded verbatim as the fabrication page — no more agent-invented profiles. Custom 09C runs the main eaves and gable shelf (12 pcs); the new porch gets the standard PBR drip detail (3 pcs), per your call.
• Trim re-derived on real edges. The strip drawing double-counted seams as edges (its eaves + rakes beat the building perimeter by 26 ft — impossible). Trim now comes off the site-inspection edges, per physical run: 48 sticks in 9 families, including the gable bearing shelf your contract includes that v1 never ordered.
• 46 blanks, your call, no spares. The four ~6-inch edge panels are lengthwise field rips, cut edge buried under rake trim. Factory edge at every eave; length slop trims at the top under trim. No crosswise field cuts.
• 547.33 LF, honest to the inch. v1 had four panels carrying a phantom inch; the four rip strips were ordered 6 inches SHORT of the drip/lap line in every prior draft (caught by the adversarial check); and the porch panels now carry the standard 2-inch overhang instead of an oversized 6. Nothing on this order can land short.
• Pitch break corrected. It spans 4/12 → 11/12 (porch to upper face), not the 4/12 → 9/12 v1 ordered. Angle is on the order; template goes to the brake shop before forming.
• Everything cross-checked, twice. Independent formula engine over the workbook (zero errors, 92/92 panel figures match), print-safety gate on all 27 PDF pages, then five adversarial auditors (panel math, trim math, money, consistency, a foreman-lens read of every page). What they caught got fixed and re-verified.
